People login from both their desktop and mobile devices (at work, home, and elsewhere). The best days to post are Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday between 12PM and 3PM. Now if you are looking to post on the weekend then the best times to post are between 12PM and 1PM.

Tuesdays are typically slower than others, but you can still post on there between 12PM and 3PM.

Instagram:

Now when it comes to Instagram people are constantly on there...so when is the best time?

It would be between 12PM and 1PM Monday through Sunday.

You can even post after 1PM Monday through Sunday.

Twitter:

A lot of people use Twitter like a sort of digital newspaper, scrolling through content on their downtime or when they sneak in a break at work. The best times to post are Monday through Friday between 12PM and 3PM - even though 3PM gets the most attention.

However, if you are a B2C (business to customer) type of business then the best times are Monday through Friday: before 9AM, at noon, and after 5PM.

LinkedIn is a professional network, so posting during working hours makes sense. The best times to post are Monday through Friday at the times of 7:45AM, 10:45AM, 12:45AM, and 5:45AM.
